Silver Dollar City is always full of all sorts of music. Here you'll find music from different genres, cultures, and age groups. Your job is to pick two of Silver Dollar City's 40 daily shows and listen to the sounds of artists from around the globe. Notice their instruments, costumes, voices and movements to see if you can figure out the genre of music.

"Frontier Follies" - Silver Dollar City Saloon Show


Middle School and High School


Head on over to the Silver Dollar Saloon and pull up a chair as the saloon gals & the saloon owner sing and dance your socks off. Grab some peanuts or order one of the Saloon's famous Root Beer Floats while you learn a thing or two about producing the show. Turns out the saloon owner needs a new ending to his show and he hired just the two to do it.

A Dickens' Christmas Carol


Middle School and High School


Watch as Ebenezer Scrooge undergoes a life changing experience on a cold Christmas Eve night, brought on by his deceased friend Jacob Marley. Known as the town's grumpy, penny-pinching workaholic, Scrooge encounters three different spirits and is forced to watch his life play out based on the choices he's made and the choices he will make if he continues on his current path.
