Nothing exclaims fall like a hearty casserole, or "hot dish" as they're called in the northern parts of the Midwest. We'll be making a zesty bean and sausage dish that can be prepared in the oven at home or in a dutch oven while camping. We'll continue our celebration of autumn with a warm caramel apple crisp; a wonderful fit during Silver Dollar City's National Harvest & Cowboy Festival!
In addition to recipes and samples of the treats prepared, each class participant receives a copy of Midwest Living magazine. Class time is approximately 60 minutes. Class is $15 per person, plus tax.
