One of Chef Debbie's favorite holiday foods is dressing and she's demonstrating a recipe that will leave tradition in a spin. This yummy stuffing includes fruit, nuts and sausage creating a dynamic flavor profile that makes a great addition to not only turkey, but also complements pork and beef dishes. Another seasonal favorite, butternut squash, is reintroduced in a unique new recipe. The rich flavors of the season certainly ring out in these hearty winter sides.
In addition to recipes and samples of the treats prepared, each class participant receives a copy of Midwest Living magazine. Class time is approximately 60 minutes. Class is $15 per person, plus tax.
