Just what is ratatouille? Traditionally this dish features a combination of summer vegetables served as a stew or casserole. Our recipe for ratatouille bisque is a bit of a departure as sauteéd vegetables including eggplant, tomatoes, peppers and more are blended with a light cream sauce. To complete this perfect winter meal, we'll be creating gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches.
In addition to recipes and samples of the treats prepared, each class participant receives a copy of Midwest Living magazine. Class time is approximately 60 minutes. Class is $15 per person, plus tax.

Children are welcome to classes at the discretion of parents/guardians and require a seat purchase. Seating in the Demonstration Kitchen is open 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class, available on a first-come basis as you check in at the Midwest Living Culinary & Craft School. A One-Day Admission Ticket or Season Pass is required for park entry. The Midwest Living Culinary & Craft School is located just past the entrance to Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre.
Reservations may be purchased online, by calling 800-475-9370 or at the Midwest Living Culinary & Craft School, subject to seating availability. Full payment is required at time of booking. Classes may be refunded if cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds are provided due to inclement weather, unless the park is closed for the day or time of the class. A $1 convenience fee is applied to each ticket purchased online.
