Can I leave the park and return later in the day?

Yes. Just be sure to retain your ticket for re-entry and have your hand stamped by a gate attendant before you exit. 

Does Silver Dollar City have fireworks on the 4th of July?

Silver Dollar City does not host a 4th of July fireworks display. There are many other fireworks displays in the immediate Branson area during the Independence Day holiday including at Chateau on the Lake, Big Cedar Lodge and The Branson Landing as well as in surrounding cities like Hollister and Kimberling City.

Silver Dollar City does feature fireworks as the finale to our evening show Hits From The Hollow on each of the 16 consecutive nights of Moonlight Madness, July 23 - August 7. Hits From The Hollow is included in your Silver Dollar City admission or season pass.

I’m not interested in rides. Is there a special ticket for me to shop or just look around the park?

Rides & attractions are just part of what the Silver Dollar City experience has to offer. Once inside the gate, your ticket offers access to festivals, shows, concerts, exhibits, craft demonstrations, Marvel Cave and much more. At this time we do not have a separate admission for non-riders.

Do you allow outside food & drink or coolers?

Yes. You are welcome to bring snacks, beverages and even small coolers with you into the park. We just ask that you exclude any glass containers or alcoholic beverages.

I heard the refillable mug policy changed. Is my mug still valid for discounted refills?

As of the 2012 season, refillable souvenir mugs are valid for discounted refills only during the season in which they are purchased. We do still honor mugs purchased prior to the policy change (2011 or before).

Do you have merchandise available online?

While we don’t currently offer merchandise online, you can call 800.225.0222 to arrange purchase and shipment of available products.

What are your busiest days?

Attendance depends on many factors including weather, school schedules, area events and more. Weekends and holidays are often times of higher attendance. Saturdays in November & December can be very busy, particularly if the weather is mild. Please know that we do our best to prepare for these times to ensure a fun and convenient visit regardless of attendance levels.

Are admission tickets valid for a specific date?

Silver Dollar City’s one-day admission tickets are not dated. They are valid for one entry during any operating day of the 2016 season.

Do you have a two-day ticket?

We do not currently offer a two day ticket directly through our website, reservation center or front gate. There are some great options available to add even more value to your one-day ticket, though! Come back the next consecutive operating day for just $20 + tax adult (ages 12+) or $15 + tax child (ages 4-11). Or, for the best value, upgrade to a 2016 season pass for only $45 + tax all ages and get unlimited visits for the rest of the season! Please note that both the come-back ticket and season pass upgrade must be completed in person before you leave the park.

Do you have any offers available?

Do you have a special ticket for entering the park late in the day?

When you enter the park after 3pm with your paid admission ticket, you can return the next consecutive business day on the same ticket for no additional charge. Some restrictions apply.

How do I contact Lost & Found?

Please take a moment to complete a Lost Item Report. You will be contacted in the event your item is located.

Is there any way to order ride photos once I've left the park?

For photo inquiries please call 417.338.1055. Please note that photos are only stored in the system for 7 days. Unfortunately, they cannot be retrieved after that time.

Where can I find height requirements and restrictions for your rides and attractions?

What if it rains during my visit?

If you experience 90 minutes of continuous rain or weather interruption that restricts rides, attractions and your fun at Silver Dollar City, please stop by Guest Relations before you leave Silver Dollar City to receive a complimentary return ticket valid for any 2016 operating day. Season pass holders, if you used a Guest Voucher, we will trade your guest voucher for another visit.

How do weather conditions affect your rides?

Precipitation, temperature and lightning can impact the operation of Silver Dollar City’s rides & attractions. Please see our Weather Guidelines for more information.

Do you offer free parking?

Yes. Plenty of free parking with trolley service to the Front Gate is available for our guests. We also offer Premium & Valet Parking options.

Family Friendly Amenities

Do park restrooms have baby changing stations?

Yes. Baby Changing Stations are located in every restroom on park (except in the Mine restaurant).

Baby Changing Stations are also available in the Mother's Nursing Stations located at the Hospitality House and Red Gold Heritage Hall. Diaper dispensers are available in restrooms located at the Hospitality House, Red Gold Heritage Hall, Riverfront Playhouse and at The Giant Barn Swing Mother's Nursing Station.

Where can I buy Diapers?

Diaper Changing Kits are available for sale at the following Silver Dollar City shops: Hospitality House, General Store, J.J. Fiddlestick's Toy Shop, White River Mercantile, Western Missouri Stagecoach Supply at Outlaw Run and Ozark Marketplace.

Does Silver Dollar City provide family assist restrooms?

Family assist or companion restroom facilities feature their own private entrance. They are available at Thunderation, Red Gold Heritage Hall, across from Crossroads Pizza and First Aid.

Are lockers available to rent?

Keep your belongings safe and move them with you throughout the park all day. Lockers are only $4 per day to access 9 locations.

Lockers are available for rent outside the Main Gate, Hospitality House Entrance, Hospitality House Restrooms, Fireman's Landing, American Plunge Bridge, The GIANT Barn Swing, Lost River Of The Ozarks, Riverfront Playhouse, PowderKeg® and Thunderation.

Only 1 location can be used at a time. Pin code will be given at time of initial purchase and will be used throughout the day. Locker must be completely emptied before moving on to the next location. The park is not responsible for items left unattended.

Please note: Family-sized lockers located behind the ticket booths are not included. These all-day family-sized lockers are $8 for unlimited entries to one locker per day.

What should I do if I get separated from my child?

If you get separated from your child while visiting the park, alert any employee immediately. Our Safety & Security department will reunite you as quickly as possible. We encourage you to have your kids memorize your cell phone number, or visit the Official Measuring Station to receive a wristband that includes an area to write your cell phone number, for ease of contacting you.

Does the park provide nursing stations?

Mother's Nursing Stations offer a quiet area to care for your child's basic needs. Silver Dollar City provides 4 Nursing Stations throughout the park. They are located by the restrooms at the Hospitality House, Red Gold Heritage Hall and The Giant Barn Swing.

Are strollers available?

Strollers are available to rent at the park on a first-come basis for a small fee.

Stroller reservations are not required. However, if you would like to make a reservation, you may do so online or by calling 800-475-9370 at least 24 hours in advance of your visit (reservations cannot be made day of visit). Payment is required at time of reservation. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for a refund.

Where can I warm bottles?

The staff at any of the Silver Dollar City restaurants would be happy to fill a bottle with warm water for you free of charge (this does not include concession stands). Although running water and microwaves are not available in the Nursing Stations, they are still recommended as private feeding and diapering facilities.

What is Silver Dollar City?

Silver Dollar City, located in Branson, Missouri, combines the wholesome family fun of a major theme park with the timeless appeal of crafts and a dedication to preserving 1880s Ozarks culture. Over 100 craftsmen are on park demonstrating glass blowing, blacksmithing, pottery, candy making, candle making, and many other disciplines. Packed with over 30 rides and attractions, 60 unique shops and restaurants, and 40 dazzling shows a day, Silver Dollar City truly appeals to all ages. It also hosts six major festivals per year and was named one of the Top Theme Parks in The World by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.

How large is Silver Dollar City?

Right now the park is over 61 acres.

How long should I plan to stay at Silver Dollar City?

It depends - there is so much entertainment to experience. We recommend at least one entire day. Two days during our festivals.

Does Silver Dollar City Have WiFi Available?

WiFi is not available at this time.

Do you have plenty of parking available?

There are plenty of free parking spaces available at Silver Dollar City. At most parking locations, a tram or bus will pick you up and take you to the admission gate. Parking for guests with disabilities is available to those with a permanent or temporary disabled parking tag, located close to the main admission gates, and next to the conveyance pick-up in parking lots 2, 4 and 5. Preferred parking for automobiles and motorcycles is also located close to the main gates of the park, and is available for a small fee: Season Pass Preferred $6 (per day); Preferred $14 (per day). Season Passes

How do I determine whether I need to purchase adult, child or senior passes?

All children turning 12 before July 1 will need an Adult Pass. Children turning 4 any time during 2016 will need a Child Pass. Seniors turning 62 any time during 2016 will need a Senior Pass.

How do guest vouchers work? What are the limitations?

Various Guest Vouchers were available with Season Passes purchased through April 30, 2016. Each guest voucher you receive is valid for one visit/guest during the specified dates printed on each voucher only. The season pass holder must accompany guest and present pass, photo ID, and matching guest voucher for the valid date. Please be sure to note what type of vouchers you have (Free vs. Paid) and the dates the vouchers are valid for visiting (printed on each voucher). Please note that Guest Vouchers received will vary by Season Pass type and date of purchase.

When can I use my 2016 Silver Dollar City Season Pass?

2016 Silver Dollar City Season Passes are valid for unlimited visits during the entire 2016 season, March-December.

I can't come during the dates listed on my guest vouchers. Can exceptions be made?

Guest vouchers are an added value for pass holders, our way of saying thank you, and the dates change from year to year based upon previous year’s usage and visitation trends. We are sorry, but no exceptions will be made to our guest voucher dates.
Please keep in mind that you always get the very best guest vouchers when you order early and our passes go on sale each year at the beginning of November for the following year.

I lost my season pass and I'm planning to visit soon. What should I do?

The first replacement of your 2016 Season Pass can be completed at any ticket window free of charge. For subsequent replacements, a $10 replacement fee will be charged for each transaction. Pass Holders who are over the age of 18 will be required to present photo ID to complete replacement.

I saw tickets for sale on Craigslist? Are these legitimate?

We strongly advise you to avoid any Silver Dollar City Attractions tickets listed on Craigslist, eBay or other auction/garage sale sites. It is not possible to verify the validity of these tickets and the risk of purchasing fraudulent tickets is high.
In addition, we strictly prohibit the resale of our Guest Vouchers. Guest Vouchers must be accompanied by at least one Season Pass Holder from the corresponding order. Guest Vouchers that have been sold will be confiscated at the gate and the entire Season Pass order will blocked without replacement or reimbursement.

Safety & Accessibility

Does the park have a First Aid Station?

Yes. Should you require medical assistance, Silver Dollar City's First Aid is located behind Brown's Candy Factory. Medical personnel are on duty at all times during park operating hours. Ask any Silver Dollar City Citizen for assistance or directions.

We have difficulty with walking for long periods of time. Will we enjoy the park?

The park terrain does have some hills. Many activities are at the bottom of the park so you may want to rent an electric cart. However, we do provide numerous benches and shaded areas throughout the park.

Are wheelchairs and electric carts available?

Wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECVs) are available to rent at the park on a first-come basis for a fee. Advance reservations are recommended for wheelchairs and ECVs, and must be made at least 24 hours in advance of visit (reservations cannot be made day of visit). Reservations can be made online, or by calling 800-475-9370. There are a limited number of reservations taken each day, and payment is required in advance. A convenience fee of $3.50 will be charged for each ECV reservation. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for a refund. The guest using the ECV must be able to operate the ECV independently. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian at least 21 years of age sign the rental agreement. All guests must follow park rules, the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions given to the guest during the rental transaction. Only one guest per ECV or wheelchair is permitted. ECVs are rated for 400 lbs. weight limit. ECV $40.50 Push $9.00

What rides are accessible with my disability?

Park Policies

What items are prohibited on park property?

  • Weapons of any kind or objects that appear to be weapons including firearms, ammunition, fireworks, water grenades (metal or plastic) or knives larger than 3.5 inches
  • Drones or unmanned aerial vehicles
  • Alcoholic beverages of any type
  • Glass containers (excluding baby food jars)
  • Pepper spray/mace
  • Recreational devices with wheels, such as skateboards, hover boards, balance boards, scooters, inline skates or shoes with built-in wheels
  • Wheeled mobility:Devices with less than 3 wheels; devices that cannot maintain stability and balance when stopped, unpowered or unoccupied, training wheels or similar modifications; devices powered by any means other than manually or electrically; devices that travel faster than walking pace; multi-rider devices or devices that exceed 36 inches in width or 52 inches in length
  • Masks (unless for medical purposes)
  • Pets or other animals, except for approved service animals (e.g. dogs); service animals must be under the control of the owner at all times and should remain on a leash or harness (due to the nature of some attractions, service animals may not be permitted to ride or enter certain attractions)
  • Any other items that the park determines may be suspicious, harmful, unsafe or disruptive

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?

We do not serve alcohol and do not allow it on our premises.

Are cameras and video cameras permitted on park and at the shows?

Cameras are permitted on park and in our shows.  However, cameras, cell phones and selfie-sticks are considered loose articles and are NOT PERMITTED on most of our rides and attractions.

Do you have a dress code?

Silver Dollar City is a family-friendly environment and requires appropriate dress. While enjoying our rides and attractions, we request that all guests wear shirts and shorts/pants. We request that swimwear be limited to children 8 and under (shirt and shorts/pants required before boarding any ride); all others wearing swimwear are required to wear an appropriate cover-up at all times. Guests wearing clothing that may be offensive or inappropriate (including profanity or suggestive material) will be asked to change. Shirts & shoes must be worn at all times. The use of shoes with built-in skates or wheels is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone not properly attired, and appreciate your help in keeping our City a great place for families to visit.

What are your guidelines for Pokemon GO players at Silver Dollar City?

My children already have a ticket to enter the park. What age can they enter the park without an adult?

Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult while visiting Silver Dollar City.

Can I bring my pet on park?

Only service animals are allowed on park. We ask that you do not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle while you are visiting. Park Admissions

Do I need to make reservations?

You may purchase your tickets at Silver Dollar City or if you would like to avoid the ticket lines, you may order them over the phone or online and we will mail them to you. If you are thinking about attending the Showboat Branson Belle, Dixie Stampede or White Water, then ask our reservationist about the package ticket. Our packages will save you money! Visit our ticket sales section for more information.

Does my ticket include the shows, Marvel Cave tour, and rides?

Yes. Shows, rides and cave tours (except Lantern Light Tours) are free with your park admission. You only pay for your food or merchandise items you choose to purchase. Also, there are some games and classes available to park patrons for a fee.

What do I need in order to print tickets at home?

You must have a current version of Adobe® Acrobat Reader®, an internet connection (allow more time for dial-up connections) and a working printer that prints on regular paper with dark, clear lines in order to print tickets at home.

How does the Print At Home process work?

Follow these simple steps for printing tickets at home.

1. Select type and quantity of tickets.

2. Enter personal information, payment information and confirm your delivery method of choice. Then select "Purchase".

3. When the confirmation page appears, select "Click here to view your tickets/confirmation."

4. Print from your computer.

Do I need to keep all the pages that print out?

You will receive a Confirmation Page, plus a separate page for each ticket. Ticket Pages include a box with the text "This is Your Ticket" at the top. You must present a Ticket Page at the front gate for each person entering the park.

What types of tickets can I print at home?

You may print One-Day Tickets to Silver Dollar City or White Water, as well as Splash & Play Tickets (White Water and Splash & Play Tickets only available during summer months). Season Passes and tickets to the Showboat Branson Belle cannot be printed at home.

Can I order and print tickets for another party?

Yes, you can order and print tickets for another party. Letters from your name will appear on the tickets, but your friends or family will be admitted as long as they present the printed ticket at our front gate.

What should I do if the tickets won't print?

If your online confirmation screen disappears, you may also print tickets from your email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation, or if your tickets still fail to print, call our Internet Customer Service department at 800-719-2399.

If I lose my ticket or it becomes wet or unusable, can I get a replacement?

Yes, you may stop by any ticket booth and ask for a replacement at no additional cost. A regular ticket will be issued that will provide you with the same entitlements as the ticket you purchased less any visits already used.

I have a group from my church that would like to attend. Do you offer group rates?

If you have 10 or more in your group, please call 800-417-7770 to learn more about current group rates.

Do you have a season pass?

Yes. You may come back all season long for less than the cost of two adult visits!

Can I apply my one day ticket price towards the purchase of a season pass?

Yes. It must be applied on the same day of visit by the ticket holder. This can be completed at the Season Pass Exchange Booth before you leave the park.

Yes. Enjoy a hot and hearty breakfast buffet at Molly's Mill Restaurant on the City's square, served 8:30 - 11:00am each operating day March through October.

Are there children's menus in your restaurants?

Do you have rides for children?

How can I find out which rides are appropriate for my child?

Located in The Grand Exposition, the Official Ride Measuring Station provides information about appropriate rides for your child, and a color-coded wristband for convenient ride entry.

Are there ride restrictions?

For your safety, some rides have height, size, and health restrictions. These restrictions are established by the ride manufacturers to ensure guest safety. A Ride Guidebook can be picked up at the stroller booth. To receive specific information, please check our Helpful Handouts online(links below) or call 800-225-0222 and ask to speak to a member of our attractions' department.

Are loose articles allowed on the rides?

Loose articles are not permitted on most rides. (This includes: hats, purses, cell phones, cameras, bags, personal electronics, pocket change, keys, etc.) Waist or fanny packs are not permitted on The GIANT Swing, Outlaw Run, PowderKeg, Thunderation or Wildfire. We recommend you leave valuables with a non-rider or secure them in a park locker, available for rent. Unsecured storage bins are available at most rides, however, Silver Dollar City cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Articles taken on Lost River of the Ozarks, the American Plunge and RiverBlast will get very wet.

Are photos taken aboard any rides?

Photos are taken on American Plunge, WildFire, PowderKeg and Outlaw Run. The following purchasing options are available:

The Homestead Animal Barnyard can be found at McHaffie's Homestead, near the City's Square.

Shopping

Do you ship your merchandise?

Yes. If you are unable to take your package with you or would like to send something to someone back home, you can arrange for the shipping of your order in any of the shops at the time of your purchase.

Can shops hold my packages?

Don't carry packages around all day! Ask any shopkeeper about Package Pickup. They will arrange for your packages to be sent to the front of the park, and you can pick them up at the Ozark Marketplace as you are exiting for the day.
