Silver Dollar City and Project Lead The Way are proud to present the first annual Engineering Day Design Challenge! This educational event will take place at Silver Dollar City on September 30, 2016. There will be a design challenge surrounded by the concept of recycle, reuse and repurpose a current structure, promoting the experience of teamwork and presentation skills. Teams can be made up of a minimum of 2 students and no more than 4. Prizes will be given to the highest scoring solution from a 6th - 8th grade team and the highest scoring solution from a High School Team. All schools and students are welcome to participate.

- 9am - 11am: Registration at Guest Relations
- 10am - 12pm: Student presentations in the Opera House
- 12pm - 1pm: Lunch break
- 1:30pm: Reconvene in the Opera House for comments & results
