Do park restrooms have baby changing stations?
Yes. Baby Changing Stations are located in every restroom on park (except in the Lucky Silver Mine restaurant).

Baby Changing Stations are also available in the Mother's Nursing Stations located at the Hospitality House and Red Gold Heritage Hall (not available at the Geyser Gulch nursing station). Diaper dispensers are available in restrooms located at the Hospitality House, Red Gold Heritage Hall, Riverfront Playhouse and at The GIANT Swing Mother's Nursing Station.
Where can I buy Diapers?

Diaper Changing Kits are available for sale at the following Silver Dollar City shops: Hospitality House, General Store, J.J. Fiddlestick's Toy Shop, White River Mercantile, Western Missouri Stagecoach Supply at Outlaw Run and Ozark Marketplace.

Does Silver Dollar City provide family assist restrooms?
Family assist or companion restroom facilities feature their own private entrance. They are available at Thunderation, Red Gold Heritage Hall and First Aid.
Where are lockers located?
Lockers are available for rent behind the Ticket Booths, outside the Hospitality House, at Lost River Of The Ozarks, WildFire® and PowderKeg®.
What should I do if I get separated from my child?
If you get separated from your child while visiting the park, alert any employee immediately. Our Safety & Security department will reunite you as quickly as possible. We encourage you to have your kids memorize your cell phone number, or visit the Official Measuring Station to receive a wristband that includes an area to write your cell phone number, for ease of contacting you.
Does the park provide nursing stations?
Mother's Nursing Stations offer a quiet area to care for your child's basic needs. Silver Dollar City provides 4 Nursing Stations throughout the park. They are located by the restrooms at the Hospitality House, Red Gold Heritage Hall, Geyser Gulch and The GIANT Swing.
Are strollers and lockers available?
Strollers and lockers are available to rent at the park on a first-come basis for a small fee.

Stroller reservations are not required. However, if you would like to make a reservation, you may do so online or by calling 800-475-9370 at least 24 hours in advance of your visit (reservations cannot be made day of visit). Payment is required at time of reservation. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for a refund.

Where can I warm bottles?
The staff at any of the Silver Dollar City restaurants would be happy to fill a bottle with warm water for you free of charge (this does not include concession stands). Although running water and microwaves are not available in the Nursing Stations, they are still recommended as private feeding and diapering facilities.
I would like to know more about the historical aspects of Silver Dollar City and how it relates to Marvel Cave. What do you suggest?
Come see us and we will tell you what we know. We also suggest reading "The Story Of Silver Dollar City" by Crystal Payton. This book can be purchased at Silver Dollar City or over the telephone by calling 800-695-1353.
How large is Silver Dollar City?
Right now the park is over 61 acres.
How long should I plan to stay at Silver Dollar City?
It depends - there is so much entertainment to experience. We recommend at least one entire day. Two days during our festivals.
My spouse and I have difficulty with walking for long periods of time. Will we enjoy the park?
The park terrain does have some hills. Many activities are at the bottom of the park so you may want to rent an electric cart. However, we do provide numerous benches and shaded areas throughout the park.
What is Silver Dollar City?
Silver Dollar City, located in Branson, Missouri, combines the wholesome family fun of a major theme park with the timeless appeal of crafts and a dedication to preserving 1880s Ozarks culture. Over 100 craftsmen are on park demonstrating glass blowing, blacksmithing, pottery, candy making, candle making, and many other disciplines. Packed with over 30 rides and attractions, 60 unique shops and restaurants, and 40 dazzling shows a day, Silver Dollar City truly appeals to all ages. It also hosts six major festivals per year and was named one of the Top Theme Parks in The World by the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions.
Are wheelchairs and electric carts available?

Wheelchairs and electric convenience vehicles (ECV's) are available to rent at the park on a first-come basis for a fee. Advance reservations are recommended for wheelchairs and ECV's, and must be made at least 24 hours in advance of visit (reservations cannot be made day of visit). Reservations can be made online, or by calling 800-475-9370. There are a limited number of reservations taken each day, and payment is required in advance. A convenience fee of $2.33 (+ tax) will be charged for each ECV reservation. Cancellations must be received 24 hours in advance for a refund.

The guest using the ECV must be able to operate the ECV independently. Guests between 16 and 18 years of age must have a parent/legal guardian at least 21 years of age sign the rental agreement. All guests must follow park rules, the manufacturer's guidelines and instructions given to the guest during the rental transaction. Only one guest per ECV or wheelchair is permitted.  ECVs are rated for 400 lbs. weight limit.

Do you serve alcoholic beverages?
We do not serve alcohol and do not allow it on our premises.
Are cameras and video cameras permitted on park and at the shows?
Yes, in all areas of the park.
Do you have a dress code?
Silver Dollar City is a family-friendly environment and requires appropriate dress. While enjoying our rides and attractions, we request that all guests wear shirts and shorts/pants. We request that swimwear be limited to children 8 and under (shirt and shorts/pants required before boarding any ride); all others wearing swimwear are required to wear an appropriate cover-up at all times. Guests wearing clothing that may be offensive or inappropriate (including profanity or suggestive material) will be asked to change. Shirts & shoes must be worn at all times. The use of shoes with built-in skates or wheels is prohibited. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone not properly attired, and appreciate your help in keeping our City a great place for families to visit.
My children already have a ticket to enter the park. What age can they enter the park without an adult?
Children 15 years and under must be accompanied by an adult while visiting Silver Dollar City.
Can I bring my pet on park?
Only service animals are allowed on park. We ask that you do
not leave your pet unattended in your vehicle while you are visiting. For more assistance or to locate lodging facilities in Branson that accept pets, try petswelcome.com  and follow the search instructions.

What about smoking?
Smoking is allowed only in designated smoking areas. For the convenience of smokers and non-smokers alike, 14 designated smoking areas are located as indicated on the park map.
Does the park have a First Aid Station?
Yes. Should you require medical assistance, Silver Dollar City's First Aid is located behind Brown's Candy Factory. Medical personnel are on duty at all times during park operating hours. Ask any Silver Dollar City Citizen for assistance or directions.
What should I do if I lost something?
If you lose an item of personal property while at Silver Dollar City, stop by the Lost & Found Booth (J-6 on your park map) to complete an item description. You can also file a lost item report online. Please note, Silver Dollar City is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Do we need tickets for the shows?
No. At Silver Dollar City your gate admission ticket covers all rides and shows. All shows occur several times during the day and are available on a first-come, first-seated basis. A listing of show descriptions and times is available at the front gate entrance. Don't forget to stay after the park closes for our night show in the outdoor Echo Hollow® Amphitheater, weather permitting (see schedule for show dates and times).
I have a group from my church that would like to attend. Do you offer group rates?
If you have 15 or more in your group, please call 800-417-7770 ext. 2 to learn more about current group rates.
Can I apply my one day ticket price towards the purchase of a season pass?
Yes. It must be applied on the same day of visit by the ticket holder. This can be completed at the Season Pass Exchange Booth before you leave the park.
Can I order and print tickets for another party?
Yes, you can order and print tickets for another party. Letters from your name will appear on the tickets, but your friends or family will be admitted as long as they present the printed ticket at our front gate.
Do I need to keep all the pages that print out?
You will receive a Confirmation Page, plus a separate page for each ticket. Ticket Pages include a box with the text "This is Your Ticket" at the top. You must present a Ticket Page at the front gate for each person entering the park.
How does the Print At Home process work?
Follow these simple steps for printing tickets at home.

1. Select type and quantity of tickets.

2. Enter personal information, payment information and confirm your delivery method of choice. Then select "Purchase".

3. When the confirmation page appears, select "Click here to view your tickets/confirmation."

4. Print from your computer.
What do I need in order to print tickets at home?
You must have a current version of Adobe® Acrobat Reader®, an internet connection (allow more time for dial-up connections) and a working printer that prints on regular paper with dark, clear lines in order to print tickets at home.
If I lose my ticket or it becomes wet or unusable, can I get a replacement?
Yes, you may stop by any ticket booth and ask for a replacement at no additional cost. A regular ticket will be issued that will provide you with the same entitlements as the ticket you purchased less any visits already used.
Do I need to make reservations?
You may purchase your tickets at Silver Dollar City or if you would like to avoid the ticket lines, you may order them over the phone or online and we will mail them to you. If you are thinking about attending the Showboat Branson Belle, Dixie Stampede or White Water, then ask our reservationist about the package ticket. Our packages will save you money! Visit our ticket sales section for more information.
Do you have a season pass?
Yes. You may come back all season long for less than the cost of two adult visits!
What types of tickets can I print at home?
You may print One-Day Tickets to Silver Dollar City or White Water, as well as Splash & Play Tickets (White Water and Splash & Play Tickets only available during summer months). Season Passes and tickets to the Showboat Branson Belle cannot be printed at home.
What should I do if the tickets won't print?
If your online confirmation screen disappears, you may also print tickets from your email confirmation. If you did not receive an email confirmation, or if your tickets still fail to print, call our Internet Customer Service department at 800-719-2399.
Does my ticket include the shows, Marvel Cave tour, and rides?
Yes. Shows, rides and cave tours (except Lantern Light Tours) are free with your park admission. You only pay for your food or merchandise items you choose to purchase. Also, there are some games and classes available to park patrons for a fee.
Do you have plenty of parking available?

There are plenty of free parking spaces available at Silver Dollar City. At most parking locations, a tram or bus will pick you up and take you to the admission gate. Parking for guests with disabilities is available to those with a permanent or temporary disabled parking tag, located close to the main admission gates, and next to the conveyance pick-up in parking lots 2, 4 and 5. Preferred parking for automobiles and motorcycles is also located close to the main gates of the park, and is available for a small fee: Season Pass Preferred $6 (per day); Preferred $14 (per day). Valet Parking is $31 (per visit). Valet Parking is not available for motorcycles. Download a Silver Dollar City Parking Map here.

What is there to do if it rains when I am visiting?
Don't let a little rain spoil your fun! Silver Dollar City offers plenty of indoor shows, shops and attractions to keep your family entertained. We suggest the following activities:

Stop in Eva & Delilah's Bakery and treat yourself to a decadent delight to start your day of fun at the park.

Tour Missouri's deepest cavern, Marvel Cave*, free with your admission.

Step inside unique shops such as Brown's Candy Factory, Hazel's Blown & Cut Glass Factory, Christmas Hollow and Hillcreek Pottery for unique treasures and craft demonstrations.

Ride through the Flooded Mine* and experience a family favorite.

Visit the warm & welcoming Midwest Living® Culinary & Craft School! This classic farmhouse has been luxuriously appointed by our own Silver Dollar City craftsmen. Maybe you'll decide to take a class in the beautiful state-of-the-art kitchen as well! (Nominal fee applies.)

Stop for a ride on Fire-In-The Hole*, Silver Dollar City's indoor roller coaster.

Then tour the Midtown shopping district including Bears at the Holler, Becca's Weaving, Bittersweet Gallery, and Sullivan's Mill.

Browse Heartland Home Furnishings on your way to a hymn sing-along at The Wilderness Church.

Get a Hot Apple Turnover and stock up on homemade jams, jellies and fruit butters at The Apple Butter Shop located near McHaffie's Homestead.

Treat your family to a mouthwatering dinner at indoor and covered restaurants throughout the park. Satisfy your hankering for home-style buffets, try the All-You-Care-To-Eat Buffets at The Lucky Silver Mine and Molly's Mill. You can also find hot and delicious meals at Crossroads Pizza, The Riverside Rib House or Wagon Works Grill.

Pick up a sweet treat for the road at Phoebe Snapp Taffy or Eva & Delilah's Bakery as you leave the park, and recount your adventures all the way home!

You may not be able to do everything on the list, but as you can see there's a variety of indoor activities for everyone in your group. So come and enjoy Silver Dollar City, rain or shine!

Do you offer Allergen Free food options?
Yes. Silver Dollar City is committed to providing dining experiences for each of our guests, including those with food allergies. If you, or someone in your family is living with one of the eight most common food allergies, we encourage you to review our Allergy Information Section.
Do you serve a breakfast?
Yes. Enjoy a hot and hearty breakfast buffet at Molly's Mill Restaurant on the City's square, served 8:30 - 11:00am each operating day March through October.
Are there children's menus in your restaurants?
Yes. Our family-style restaurants include children's menus with selections such as Chicken Tenders, Cheeseburgers, Corn Dogs and Spaghetti, starting as low as $3.99. Find more information, including menu options, in our Food & Restaurant Guide section.

Do you have rides for children?
Yes. The Grand Exposition, Geyser Gulch and the NEW Half Dollar Holler® are play areas designed specifically for children. Visit our rides page to learn more about other rides available for both children and adults.
Are loose articles allowed on the rides?
Loose articles are not permitted on most rides. (This includes: hats, purses, cell phones, cameras, bags, personal electronics, pocket change, keys, etc.) Waist or fanny packs are not permitted on The GIANT Swing, Outlaw Run, PowderKeg, Thunderation or Wildfire. We recommend you leave valuables with a non-rider or secure them in a park locker, available for rent. Unsecured storage bins are available at most rides, however, Silver Dollar City cannot take responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged articles. Articles taken on Lost River of the Ozarks, the American Plunge and RiverBlast will get very wet.
Does Silver Dollar City still have a petting zoo?
The Homestead Animal Barnyard can be found at McHaffie's Homestead, near the City's Square.
Are photos taken aboard any rides?

Are there ride restricitions?
For your safety, some rides have height, size, and health restrictions. These restrictions are established by the ride manufacturers to ensure guest safety. A Ride Guidebook can be picked up at the stroller booth. Can shops hold my packages?
Don't carry packages around all day! Ask any shopkeeper about Package Pickup. They will arrange for your packages to be sent to the front of the park, and you can pick them up at the Ozark Marketplace as you are exiting for the day.
Do you ship your merchandise?
Yes. If you are unable to take your package with you or would like to send something to someone back home, you can arrange for the shipping of your order in any of the shops at the time of your purchase.
