Ozark Lakes Summer Mission - Cru
Ozark Lakes Summer Mission with Cru has been an exciting, Christ-centered, life changing experience helping students build life-long friendships and grow in their faith since 1978!
This summer, we will learn from the Bible, engage in a community of authentic fellowship and be equipped to talk to others about Christ. The summer is designed for college students desiring to enhance their leadership skills (personal, spiritual and ministry), walk with God and impact others for Christ. Men’s and women’s times each week will help you gain a deeper understanding of your identity in Christ.
You will have a job on this mission where you will experience intentional relationships with co-workers. You will be prepared to lead on your campus and equipped for a lifetime of personal ministry regardless of whatever vocation God calls you to after graduation.
Discipleship Focus - Young Life
Get ready for a summer that will change your life forever.
Discipleship Focus features an all-summer discipleship program that combines the real life elements of work, biblical studies and nurturing, the support of a Christian community, and the opportunity for friendship evangelism.
The purpose of the program is for participants to grow in an abiding, dependent relationship with Jesus Christ. Many maturing and teachable young men and women who are seeking God’s leading have found this program to be a life-changing experience as they have established a firm foundation out of which flows ministry and service.
Discipleship Focus has partnered with Young Life for over 40 years providing college age Young Life leaders with full time employment that gives them life experience and opportunity to apply what they are learning.
The Navigators’ Ozark Mountain Encounter Summer Training Program is a nine-week program designed to help college students grow in their relationship with God, develop Christ-like character, and learn to help others do the same. The Navigators do this by living together on teams, one-on-one discipleship, teaching, workshops and working at Silver Dollar City.
