Silver Dollar City has the unique distinction of boasting a 100-strong colony of craftsmen that call the park home all season long and has even been dedicated as the “Home of American Craftsmanship” by the US Congress. The sounds of music and laughter ring through the streets of Silver Dollar City with 40 live shows daily from Silver Dollar City’s talented entertainers. If you love music and lighthearted humor, the Silver Dollar Saloon Show is a favorite tradition for all ages. Other signature Silver Dollar City entertainment includes traditional tunes from the Homestead Pickers and, debuting this summer, an all-New show in The Dockside Theater – Down By the River, showcasing the NEW Rivertown Ramblers.
Silver Dollar City is known for its impeccable 1880s-style theming, but the park is also home to many authentic 19th century structures. Located on Homestead Ridge, just off of the Silver Dollar City Square, you’ll step back in time as you explore McHaffie’s Homestead, The Wilderness Church and the Oak Trail School, all structures built right here in the Ozarks in the 1800s that have been moved to Silver Dollar City to be preserved and enjoyed by guests.
