Children turning 4 anytime during 2022 will need a pass. All children turning 12 before July 1 will need a pass for those ages 12-64. Those turning 65 anytime during 2022 will qualify for an ages 65+ pass.

For a limited time, kids born in 2017 or 2018 are eligible for a FREE Season Pass to Silver Dollar City & White Water in 2022. Reserve yours today when you order your passes.

You can begin using your 2022 Season Pass when Silver Dollar City opens March 16, 2022. If your Season Pass includes White Water, you can begin visiting that park starting May 28, 2022.

2022 Silver Dollar City Operating Calendar

The VIP Free Refill Tumbler is valid for one person all season long for free refills of fountain beverages and specialty drinks at both Silver Dollar City & White Water. It excludes ice cream drinks and is not valid for park entry. Tumbers are non-transferrable, non-refundable and not replacable if forgotten, lost or stolen. Season pass or one day ticket is required for park entry.

If you ordered by phone, at the park or choose to have your Season Pass mailed it will be sent First Class via the US Postal Service. Please allow 10 to 14 business days and longer near promotion deadline dates for delivery.

If you ordered online and chose digital as the delivery method then you are all set and you won’t be getting anything in the mail from us, but instead your passes and any accompanying Bring-A-Friend tickets will now be accessed by the online account you created when you bought your pass.

 

Account & Digital Passes

Passholders are required to have an Account when purchasing online. With an online Account, you will be able to easily access your Season Pass and perks like Bring-A-Friend tickets and exclusive discounts.
We are excited that you are interested in purchasing a new Season Pass! To purchase a new pass or a pass, please visit the Season Pass page and make your selections.

Passholders are required to have an online Account when purchasing online. After adding to cart, you will be asked for your email address for your online Account. Your email address will be validated and you will be asked for additional information to continue with your purchasing.
After linking, purchasing or renewing your Pass from within your online account is simple! You can find your Pass ID as well as your barcode in your online account, too.

Option #1: Passes module

On your Account Overview page, click/tap on each pass to expand and see that pass's details. From there you can click/tap "View" for your digital ticket pass.

Option #2: If that doesn't reveal your Pass and you have recently renewed or purchased that Pass, try your recent Orders module.

Once there, click/tap the arrow on the far right of your recent order. Then on that next page scroll down to retrieve your digital tickets.
If you are having an authorization issue on your payment, please check the zip code on the billing address within the checkout page. That is a common issue that we have seen. But please let us know if you continue to receive this issue at 417.336.7100.

Payment Plan

Yes! You will receive all of the great benefits that season passes offer.
Your payments will be determined by the type and quantity of passes. Your order total will be divided into equal payments. Please review the terms of the program for more details.

The payment plan is available online only. Simply make your selections, choose the payment option, and follow the step-by-step ordering instructions. At the time of purchase, the total amount due is calculated and divided into monthly payments. You are required to make your first payment at the time of purchase, and the 1st payment will include the $6.00 processing fee per pass. The Initial Payment amount will be charged to your Credit Card and each remaining monthly payment amount will be charged to your Credit Card every 30 days thereafter for each of the succeeding months*. The Initial Payment and all remaining monthly payments are non-refundable.


Please note: if you purchase on the first day of any month that has 31 days, your card will be charged on the 1st and the 31st. Please review the term agreement for more details.


 
In the event a payment is not initially accepted by your Credit Card, we will attempt to charge the payment against the Credit Card a maximum of three (3) times over the 6 calendar days. We are not responsible for any fees you may incur from the attempts to charge your Credit Card.
No. All passes purchased under one agreement remain the responsibility of the person who originally set up the payment plan. Season passes are non-transferable.
At this time, The payment plan is available for online purchases but you may call our reservation office (417-336-7100) for assistance as needed. Our call center hours vary by season, but in most cases we will be open from 9am to 5pm. CST, seven days a week.
All payment amounts are pre-determined, and only the first payment amount is accepted as a down payment at time of purchase. You may call 417.336.7100 to make additional payments or to pay off your account balance.
No, the bill date established at the time you set up your payment plan agreement cannot be changed.
Yes. You may change your credit or debit card used for payment by calling 417-336-7100. It is very important that you call this number and provide us with this update if your card expires or you are issued a new card during the payment period.
All purchases are final and the purchase may not be cancelled or rescinded; no refund will be issued. If you have not used a season pass, you may cancel future payments not yet made but you may not receive a refund on any payments made.
