There is nothing like yeast bread fresh from the oven. In this class, you'll learn how to make a hearty rye bread along with delicious compound butters designed to enhance its flavor. Plus, Master Craftsman of Culinary Arts Debbie Dance Uhrig shares her recipe for pineapple cheese casserole.

Seating in the Demonstration Kitchen is open 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class, available on a first-come basis as you check in at the Midwest Living® Culinary & Craft School. A One-Day Admission Ticket or Season Pass is required for park entry. The Midwest Living Culinary & Craft School is located just past the entrance to Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre.

Classes may be refunded if cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds are provided due to inclement weather, unless the park is closed for the day or time of the class. A $1 convenience fee is applied to each ticket purchased online.
