Class Overview

This class features special guest instructor Larry Ferguson. Larry was formerly the Executive Chef on the Showboat Branson Belle. He has also worked as a private chef for a Grammy winning artist as well as at the prestigious Arizona Biltmore Hotel.

He will demonstrate a flavorful Tuscan Chicken and basmati rice with shallots and oven roasted vegetable ragu.

September 27 — 11am & 2pm
October 18 — 11am & 2pm

Additional Information: Children are welcome to classes at the discretion of parents/guardians and require a seat purchase. Seating in the Demonstration Kitchen is open 10 minutes prior to your scheduled class, available on a first-come basis as you check in at the Culinary & Craft School. A One-Day Admission Ticket or Season Pass is required for park entry. The Culinary & Craft School is located just past the entrance to Echo Hollow® Amphitheatre. 

Reservations may be purchased online, by calling 800-475-9370 or at the Culinary & Craft School, subject to seating availability. Full payment is required at time of booking. Classes may be refunded if cancellation is received at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled class. No refunds are provided due to inclement weather, unless the park is closed for the day or time of the class. A $1 convenience fee is applied to each ticket purchased online.
