Here's What You Need To Know


  • Silver Dollar City is limiting attendance capacity to meet social distancing standards.

    We now know that through August, we can continue to provide social distancing in The City WITHOUT THE REQUIREMENT TO MAKE RESERVATIONS for every visit. (A reservation does not guarantee IMMEDIATE entry into the park.)

  • Reservation Needed For Bonus Voucher ONLY If You Haven’t Extended Your Pass

    If you have a 2020 season pass that you purchased by May 31, 2020, it is valid through June 13, 2021. And, if you have NOT extended it through the second half of the season you would still need to make a reservation for your bonus guest voucher, valid for one free visit through June 13, 2021 (Not valid May 28 & 29). Please create a reservation for the date you plan to visit and select the bonus voucher for your guest. The bonus voucher is available to be picked up at the Silver Dollar City ticket booths. Please be prepared to show your season pass, reservation confirmation and the bonus voucher when you enter the turnstiles with your guests. (If you have already extended your pass your bonus guest voucher valid through June 13 was mailed with your new 2021 season pass.)

Reservation System FAQs

No. Season Pass visitation reservation is complimentary.
Season pass holders can now book as many dates as you wish with availability at both Silver Dollar City and White Water through June. Please let us know in advance if you can't visit for any dates booked by cancelling your reservation.
If your plans change we simply ask that you cancel your reservation via the link sent to you in your confirmation email just as soon as you know.
Yes. You can make your first reservation prior to receiving your printed season pass. To complete your reservation, enter the Reservation ID (located in your order confirmation email) in place of the Season Pass ID when making a new reservation. When you enter your order reservation number, all Season Passes purchased in your order will be added to the reservation. For any further visits, you will need to schedule using your Season Pass ID numbers, located on the printed Season Passes.
Yes, reservations can be made on the day of your visit if capacity allows.
Please be sure that you and each person in your party listed on the reservation brings their Season Pass, Guest Voucher(s) or Daily Ticket on the day of your visit. Print the confirmation email you received with your reservation or display it on your mobile device and be prepared to present it at the ticketing gate.
Yes. Simply go through the Reservation System for season pass holders to reserve a specific day & time for the Adventure Pass visit. Then, purchase a daily ticket online & select the same date of visit.
Please bring the required identification (birth certificate or passport), with the ticket included in your season pass packet to any ticket window. We will promptly print the Adventure Pass.
