Corporate Discount Program FAQs

If your Corporate Discount Program Agreement has not yet been completed this year or if agreement qualifications were not met the prior year, please speak with a Sales Manager for other discount options for your employees. Please also remind employees they may purchase a limit of 10 tickets for themselves and their family per transaction.  For further questions, please contact groups@silverdollarcity.com and ask for a Sales Manager for assistance.  

We will provide you with an exclusive 5-digit code and flyer to advertise your discount, from there your employees can visit the link on the flyer to submit your 5-digit code and let the memory making begin!

We have a simple enrollment form that will show your discounted prices as well. Please contact groups@silverdollarcity.com for more information.

We have several options for companies to provide discounted tickets to their employees. Please email groups@silverdollarcity.com to be connected with a groups host to assist you.

Employees can visit silverdollarcity.com/save and input your exclusive promo code provided with your Corporate Discount Program Agreement. Tickets to all properties are available at this link.

Please refer to your Corporate Discount Agreement for the complimentary admission reward program. Tickets earned during the current year are awarded to the company in April of the following year. Enrollment and approval to participate in the following year program are required to receive reward tickets.

Annual agreement and approval is needed in order to be authorized for the Corporate Discount Program the following season.

Silver Dollar City will email the usage reports prior to the end of the year and again after year end.  You're also welcome to request them from groups@silverdollarcity.com at any time.

Discounted tickets typically are available by the first of March if the employer has executed the agreement with Silver Dollar City. If as the employer you haven't completed the current year agreement, please contact groups@silverdollarcity.com.

No.  The ticket minimum per your program agreement is not required to be paid.  It is necessary to requalify the following year.

YES! Get exclusive savings on UNLIMITED Silver Dollar City visits for your employees by emailing groups@silverdollarcity.com and they will guide you to your Corporate Sales Manager for information. (Min. 20 Season Passes)

YES! While your employees are at the park using their discounted attendance ticket, they may utilize that discounted ticket and upgrade it to a Season Pass at the park's Season Pass Upgrade published price.  This is available at Guest Relations, Midtown Guest Services, or the Lost and Found window at any time during their visit.  The one-day ticket purchased via the exclusive promo code is the discounted portion of this ticket.  

This program may not be made available to the general public and may not be shared on external websites or materials. In order for the promo code to remain exclusive to your employees, associates and/or members it is crucial to limit visibility via online searches. In order to do so, all websites must ensure the information is undiscoverable and not indexable. Please refer to the Corporate Discount Program agreement for more details.
