See cowboy chefs demonstrate the art of chuck wagon cookery in the Cowboy Camp during Harvest Festival. Two 'cookies' create delicious dishes throughout the day, then compete each afternoon in a cook-off judged by guests and emceed by the legendary Buck Taylor!
