General Season Pass Information

When you purchase a new 2025 Season Pass by December 6, 2024, you will receive a digital ticket in your account for each pass holder to visit for just $29 +tax one operating day this Christmas (11/2/24 - 1/4/25) EXCLUDING ALL SATURDAYS IN DECEMBER. This exclusive ticket is non-transferrable and non-refundable. Your 2025 Season Pass is valid for UNLIMITED visits 3/13 - 12/30/25.

You get to customize your 2025 Season Pass every step of the way! Compare pass benefits and choose the level that makes sense for your family. If you choose Diamond, unlimited visits to White Water are included with your pass. Gold offers great benefits as well, but if you decide to add White Water, you’ll automatically level up to Diamond for just $60 +tax per pass AND you’ll get maximum benefits and Bring-A-Friend Tickets. If you decide to stay at Silver level, you can still add White Water to your pass for just $60+tax or $6 per month with the 10-month payment plan. Then, decide if you'd like to add an entire season of preferred parking or TrailBlazer access right to your pass

Yes. Bring-A-Friend Tickets are not age specific.

Bring-A-Friend Tickets are non-transferable and Pass Holder must be present at time of use. Valid dates vary based on pass type and date of purchase. Blackout dates may apply.

All 2025 Season Passes purchased online are delivered digitally when you place your order.

If you require a physical season pass, please stop by the front gate on your first visit to have a copy printed.

 

Your 2025 Season Pass is valid for unlimited visits any operating day at Silver Dollar City March 13 – December 30, 2025. 2025 Season Passes are not valid January 2 - 4, 2025, however, 2024 Season Passes may be used for those operating days.

The Souvenir Refill Cup is valid for one person all season long for discounted refills of fountain beverages and specialty drinks at both Silver Dollar City & White Water. It excludes ice cream drinks and is not valid for park entry. Souvenir Refill Cups are non-transferrable, non-refundable and not replaceable if forgotten, lost or stolen. Season pass or one day ticket is required for park entry.

The pass holder who has parking added to their 2025 Season Pass must be present in order to use it. We recommend that you choose to add parking to the pass holder who is most likely to visit each time.

Account & Digital Passes

Passholders are required to have an Account when purchasing online. With an online Account, you will be able to easily access your Season Pass and perks like Bring-A-Friend tickets and exclusive discounts.

To access your passes via the Silver Dollar City app, click on ‘My Account” located in the bottom right corner of your homescreen and log in with the user name and password entered at the time of purchase. Linked passes will appear within your account. If you have not linked any passes, choose “Link Pass” in the upper right corner of your account screen and enter the pass ID and corresponding phone number.

To add a pass to your Apple Wallet, just click on the ticket and select “Add To Apple Wallet.”

We are excited that you are interested in purchasing a new Season Pass! To purchase a new pass or a pass, please visit the Season Pass page and make your selections.

Passholders are required to have an online Account when purchasing online. After adding to cart, you will be asked for your email address for your online Account. Your email address will be validated and you will be asked for additional information to continue with your purchasing.

After linking, purchasing or renewing your Pass from within your online account is simple! You can find your Pass ID as well as your barcode in your online account, too.

Option #1: Passes module

On your Account Overview page, click/tap on each pass to expand and see that pass's details. From there you can click/tap "View" for your digital ticket pass.

Option #2: If that doesn't reveal your Pass and you have recently renewed or purchased that Pass, try your recent Orders module.

Once there, click/tap the arrow on the far right of your recent order. Then on that next page scroll down to retrieve your digital tickets.

If you are having an authorization issue on your payment, please check the zip code on the billing address within the checkout page. That is a common issue that we have seen. But please let us know if you continue to receive this issue at 417-336-7100.

Renewed 2025 passes will be available in the mobile app in 2025.

Payment Plan Information

The payment plan is available online only. Simply make your selections, choose the payment option, and follow the step-by-step ordering instructions. At the time of purchase, the total amount due is calculated and divided into monthly payments. You are required to make your first payment at the time of purchase, and the 1st payment will include the $6.00 processing fee per pass. The Initial Payment amount will be charged to your Credit Card and each remaining monthly payment amount will be charged to your Credit Card every 30 days thereafter for each of the succeeding months*. The Initial Payment and all remaining monthly payments are non-refundable.

Please note: if you purchase on the first day of any month that has 31 days, your card will be charged on the 1st and the 31st. Please review the term agreement for more details.

You can begin using 2025 Season Pass March 13, 2025.

Your payments will be determined by the type and quantity of passes as well as the number of monthly payments available at the time you purchase.

In the event a payment is not initially accepted by your Credit Card, we will attempt to charge the payment against the Credit Card a maximum of three (3) times over the 6 calendar days. We are not responsible for any fees you may incur from the attempts to charge your Credit Card.

All payment amounts are pre-determined, and only the first payment amount is accepted as a down payment at time of purchase. You may call 417.366.7100 to make additional payments or to pay off your account balance.

Yes. You may change your credit or debit card used for payment by calling 417.336.7100. It is very important that you call this number and provide us with this update if your card expires or you are issued a new card during the payment period.

Yes! You will receive all the great benefits that season passes offer.

No, the bill date established at the time you set up your payment plan agreement cannot be changed.

All purchases are final and the purchase may not be cancelled or rescinded; no refund will be issued. If you have not used a season pass, you may cancel future payments not yet made but you may not receive a refund on any payments made.

No. All passes purchased under one agreement remain the responsibility of the person who originally set up the payment plan. Season passes are non-transferable.
