Silver Dollar City Season Passport upgrades are available at Mercy Headquarters (May 30 only) in the Red Gold Heritage Hall, Midtown Guest Services, the Lost & Found Booth just inside the park entrance, or at any Ticket Booth as you exit the park. You must present your event ticket and wristband for easy identification. White Water tickets can be upgraded at any White Water ticket window. Additional upgrade options including Gold & Diamond Passports are also available.

During your visit, should weather interrupt your day, please stop by any ticket booth before leaving to receive a complimentary return ticket valid for any operating day during the remainder of the 2026 season.
