Celebrating 45 years of family fun in a tropical Ozarks paradise
OZARK MOUNTAINS, Mo. (May 24, 2025) — Escape to a tropical getaway in the Heart of the Ozarks as Silver Dollar City’s White Water is now open for its 45th season. The largest water park in the region, White Water spans 13 acres of wave pools, water slides and shaded cabanas — a perfect destination for family fun and relaxation all summer long.
From thrilling plunges to leisurely floats, White Water offers something for everyone:
- Kalani Towers stands 7.5 stories tall as the region’s tallest waterslide duo, delivering speeds over 40 mph.
- KaPau Plummet delivers a breathtaking free-fall experience via a trapdoor launch and a 70-degree descent.
- The whole family can ride together on Ohana Falls, a high-thrill raft slide down a massive halfpipe.
- Aloha River provides a peaceful 800-foot float through exotic landscaping and playful fountains.
- For younger guests, Coconut Cove and Splashaway Cay offer water blasters, bubbling fountains, and plenty of splashing surprises.
Guests can refuel at numerous dining spots with family-friendly favorites including tacos, pizza, fresh hand-cut fries, hand-breaded chicken tenders, and treats like iced coffees, smoothies, shakes, and made-to-order mini donuts.
For a more exclusive experience, Blue Lizard Cabanas and reserved seating offer comfortable retreats with amenities like meal service, private lockers, and satellite TV. Cabanas are available daily and advance reservations are highly recommended.
Returning for summer nights is Night Water, featured on select Fridays and Saturdays in July and August. Guests can enjoy illuminated rides after dark and family-friendly movies on the big screen at Surf’s Up Wave Pool.
