Here's What You Need To Know
Silver Dollar City & White Water are limiting attendance capacity to meet social distancing standards.To help ensure you have a quality experience at White Water, we anticipate being extremely busy on ALL SATURDAYS. If you plan to visit using your White Water season pass on a SATURDAY, we encourage you to make a reservation.
Season pass reservations may also be required during peak attendance dates at Silver Dollar City.
If you purchase day tickets in advance online or by phone to either park, your reservation has already been made. No further action is necessary. (Due to capacity limits, tickets may not be available for purchase day of visit at the parks.)
Reservations can be made now through the end of the season as long as there is availability. (Please note a reservation does not guarantee IMMEDIATE entry into the park.) Without a reservation, entry to the parks on high attendance days can be suspended due to capacity limits.

Go To Reservation Page & Add Your Passes
Be sure to have all passes and/or guest vouchers on hand to input barcodes in the reservation system.
Select Your Park & Date
Next, select the park you plan to visit and select your desired visit date from the calendar. Confirm your reservation details and complete reservation.
Bring Your Confirmation & Passes To Visit
Now you’re ready to visit! Once you complete your reservation, we will send you a confirmation email. Just bring the passes/bring-a-friend tickets you plan to use along with the confirmation email for entry.
I am a Season Passholder, do I have to purchase anything to make a reservation?
No. Season Pass visitation reservation is complimentary.
How many Season Pass reservations can I make?
Season pass holders can now book as many dates as you wish. Please let us know in advance if you can't visit for any dates booked by cancelling your reservation.
What happens if I change my plans and want to cancel or change my reservation?
If your plans change we simply ask that you cancel your reservation via the link sent to you in your confirmation email just as soon as you know.
What if I haven’t received my Season Pass i.d.? Can I still make a reservation?
Yes. You can make your first reservation prior to receiving your printed season pass. To complete your reservation, enter the Reservation ID (located in your order confirmation email) in place of the Season Pass ID when making a new reservation. When you enter your order reservation number, all Season Passes purchased in your order will be added to the reservation. For any further visits, you will need to schedule using your Season Pass ID numbers, located on the printed Season Passes.
Can I make a reservation on the day I am visiting?
Yes, reservations can be made on the day of your visit if capacity allows.
What do I need to present on the day of my visit for admission?
Please be sure that you and each person in your party listed on the reservation brings their Season Pass, Guest Voucher(s) or Daily Ticket on the day of your visit. Print the confirmation email you received with your reservation or display it on your mobile device and be prepared to present it at the ticketing gate.
I signed my child up for an Adventure Pass and I plan to purchase a one-day ticket. Is that two reservations?
Yes. Simply go through the Reservation System for season pass holders to reserve a specific day & time for the Adventure Pass visit. Then, purchase a daily ticket online & select the same date of visit.
I signed my child up for an Adventure Pass. Where do I pick up the pass?
Please bring the required identification (birth certificate or passport), with the ticket included in your season pass packet to any ticket window. We will promptly print the Adventure Pass.
